Verizon Features Disney on Fios VOD

Verizon launched a full suite of Walt Disney Company video content on its broadband service and Fios TV on-demand platform.

ABC News, Disney Online, ESPN and Movies.com are among the Disney-owned contributors to the Verizon offerings. The two companies announced a broad content agreement in September.

"Verizon is a premier broadband and TV service provider, and we're happy to be working together with them to provide their customers with service offerings for every member of the family from brands they know and trust," said Ben Pyne, president of affiliate sales and marketing at Disney and ESPN Networks.
